Golden, Colorado, October 26, 2018– The PipeKnife® Company (www.pipeknife.com and www.pipeknifecaulktools.com), manufacturer of the original PipeKnife® sealant cutout knife today announced the hiring of Jason Horne of J&N Auto Glass Solutions Inc. effective November 1, 2018 as technical advisor and new product development manager for the auto glass and glazing tool line of The PipeKnife® Company.

In his new role with the PipeKnife Company, Jason will work with existing distributors and installers on the unique product attributes of The PipeKnife® Company and REID autoglass tools, develop and bring to market new tools and solutions for the auto glass and glazing markets and assist in training development of auto glass technicians.

Jason is a former winner of the AGRR magazine auto glass technician Olympics has served as a judge for the auto glass Olympics and most recently was an instructor for the Auto Glass Academy sponsored by Equalizer Industries. Jason is a 30-year veteran of the auto glass replacement business, has been involved with multiple AGR industry related training, safety and development efforts and has recently formed his own AGR R&D corporation
